Orders

Any order placed is an offer by you to purchase a product for the price specified in this website at the time you place the order. We welcome your requests to change a design or colour to suit you. Maree Louise Creations will contact you via email to discuss your personalised details and requests to alter designs. When placing an order, it is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure all details are correct. Maree Louise Creations reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including an error in your order or the unavailability of a product. Please note, sometimes shades of paper may differ to the ones in our photos. Once we have received your order we will keep you updated about the progress of your order and will notify you on the day your order is despatched.

Prices

Prices of products and delivery charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time. All prices displayed do not include delivery and handling charges. These costs are additional and will be calculated when finalising your order.

Delivery Time

As our products are handmade, please allow a minimum 14 days for your order to be constructed and despatched. Customised orders take up to 28 days, so please allow for this when placing your order. Once your order is placed and payment is received, your products should be delivered to you within 2 -3 weeks. Delivery time is affected by the size of your order, the location and workload. Maree Louise Creations are not liable for delays that may occur with Australia Post.

Delivery

Maree Louise Creations delivers Australia wide via Australia Post. We use use Registered Post for all of our orders. Samples may be sent via regular post.

Returns

Refunds and exchanges are not accepted due to the personal nature of our products. Products are non-returnable.

Privacy

Maree Louise Creations will not at any time disclose any of the clients personal information. Upon completion of the order, Maree Louise Creations will continue to treat all information as strictly confidential.
